Vineyard Trail Cottages is an exclusive property and each reservation is both unique and special to us. Please look over the Policies listed below.

We consider our property to be an Adult Retreat and can not accomodate children under the age of 18,

Absolutely No Smoking in Your Cottage. Smoking outside is ok, but please do not leave a trace and be courteous to other guest.

We are now allowing pets in select cottages.

Cottages 1-5 Remain a No Pet Policy.

Cottages 6-10 are Pet Friendly.

Pets must be well behaved and well groomed. Please keep pets on leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended in your cottage. Management must be notified if a pet is a part of your party. Please Pick up all waste after pet. Pets are not allowed to swim in the pond.

A $250 FEE will be applied to your reservation if any of these polices are broken.

If you must cancel your reservation, Please do so 7 days before your arrival. If you must cancel, change or modify your reservation 7 days or less before your arrival you will be responsible for the entire reservation.

Check out: NOON

Quiet Hours Begin at 11pm.

On day of check in, you will be sent a text message by 3pm with the codes to get into our gated entrance and your cottage. You will be able to use those codes to come on in and make yourself at home. The card on file will be charged the day of check-in and your receipt will be emailed to you. Please make sure to "confirm" to your check-in information Text.  You will then be sent a welcome link that will have more information about your stay. If you have any other questions Please,
