Vineyard Trail Cottages is an exclusive property and each reservation is both unique and special to us. Please look over the Policies listed below.

Our Policy states No Children, No smoking and No Pets. If any of our policies are broken you may be charged a $250 broken policy fee.

If you must cancel your reservation, Please do so 7 days before your arrival. If you must cancel, change or modify your reservation 7 days or less before your arrival you will be responsible for the entire reservation.

Check out: NOON

Quiet Hours Begin at 11pm.

On day of check in, you will be sent a text message by 3pm with the codes to get into our gated entrance and your cottage. You will be able to use those codes to come on in and make yourself at home. The card on file will be charged the day of check-in and your receipt will be emailed to you. There is a binder in your cottage with the Wi-Fi code and more information you may find useful during your stay. If there is anything you need please feel free to contact our manager. Call or Text
